Terrible level of care , just awful
Telehealth
Doctor Leo would not listen to me at all. He cut me off mid sentence several times. The doctor was rude and even hung up on me. He was hard set on his first and only solution and the only alternative he offered was for me to go to urgent care. He was completely dismissive of me and had an awful bedside manner. Doctors like him don’t care and just simply take advantage of teledocs no refund policy. Doesn’t matter the outcome of the telephone visit, he still gets paid and that really compromises the level of care you will receive. Don’t use Teledocs and avoid doctors like Leo Villaroman. I just left urgent care and it turned out I did have strep like I was telling Dr Leo and required the antibiotics I was asking for that he refused to prescribe me. You’re better off just going to urgent care than waste your time and money with Dr. Leo and other crack pot doctors like him on teledoc
