She should not be in the medical field! She has canceled on me 4 times with less than a few hours notice and reading all the other reviews she had been doing this for years! She belittled me, disrespected me, out rightttreated me horribly! She said things to me no doctor should ever say! She said she cleared me for surgery, even scheduled me for an after surgery follow up appointment then wrote a letter to my surgeon trying to get the procedure canceled! Lied to my face and went behind my back. I have a spine injury and she had to use my body to support herself while examining me.

absolutely unacceptable care
Patients deserve to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their insurance, medical history, weight or personal history. The number of concerning complaints that I have received from multiple patients now regarding comments made by this provider toward them, assumptions made about them, and lack of professionalism are shocking. Furthermore, some concerns have been raised about how up-to-date their knowledge is of current medications. As a local healthcare provider, I will not be referring any further patients to this provider.

Terrible office. The “nurse” was very unprofessional and complained the whole time. He used a Walmart battery operated blood pressure cuff (we have the same one at home). The physician (in a sweatshirt nonetheless) had not even read the chart prior to entering the room so most of the visit was spent reading the chart in the room. She sounded like she’d never heard of my husband’s condition before and we left knowing nothing more than we did before the appt. NOT what we would have expected from a “Specialist”. Would never recommend this clinic.

Dr. Glasgow is intelligent, kind, caring and really knows her stuff. However, patient communication is terrible. Her staff lack professionalism, efficiency and can be rude. Lackadaisical office hours, coupled with an answering service that has been instructed not to take any message unless it is an emergency makes meaningful contact nearly impossible. Calls are not returned by staff (or doctor, who is no doubt busy) and requests for prescription refills require numerous calls to be accomplished. Although Dr. Glasgow is an excellent physician, I cannot recommend her.

The quality of care at AK regional hospital is awful. Dr. Glasgow left a critical care patient waiting for 2+ hours only to find out she went left for the day. This hospital is understaffed and it comes at the cost of patients seeking care. I would never recommend this doc to anyone. Her staff is also not professional, as the bashed other specialty doctors in front of patients. This department truly needs to be investigated for lack of care and Professionalism.

Alaska Regional and this doctor need to be seriously reprimanded. Now, don't get me wrong I understand that medical instances happen, however this Dr left a critical patient waiting and didnt come back to the office. If this hospital is going to be continually understaffed and neglectful to its patients then why is its doors still open. This woman isn't even getting a star from me. I am in complete and under disbelief for her lack of patient care and communication. go elsewhere.
