Dr. Hinkleman was professional, kind, and spent time explaining the procedure and post-op process well. My past experiences with surgeon specialists have taught me that they tend to have an ego and rush through appointments, but this was the opposite. His staff was also great - I was in and out from my first appt in less than an hour.

He is one of the best surgeons in Michigan if not in US. Very attentive. Listens to you very well. Follows up on your concerns and takes appropriate action to adress them. He is the best. I just had a surgery on my right palm and it was amazing looking at the history and complexity of my case. I would give him 10 stars if possible. His pre and post operative staff is great. Best care given by the entire team. Thank you all.

Wouldn’t want to be in better hands!
I have been a patient of his for a long time. I have had my fair share of surgeries performed by him, and not once have I had a bad experience. Unfortunately, I am a little bit of a tough case which has resulted in me having additional procedures done, though it’s very hard to go through, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Respectful, caring, listens, understands and very thorough. I felt at my first appointment with him years ago. I was in very good hands and to this day, I still feel the same.

He took the time to explain well in prep for the surgery and worked well with needed documentation for work but could have done a little better with explaining activities that were our were not allowed especially towards the end. I work in a very active job so more specifics were needed in my opinion. But he was already kind and helpful and we worked through it
