Both my procedure and follow up appointment were on time. exam was thorough and procedure went as explained, Dr. Kristal took time with me at both the procedure and follow up tp discuss any questions I had.

Eye Like Her
This visit did not take long, which is good. I was only waiting about 10 minutes past my appointment before I was called. From that moment on the eye exams to the consultation with the doctor moved smoothly, not a lot of lag time. Dr. Kristal took time to explain everything to me. Everyone was nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Won’t say I enjoyed. My appt but Dr Krystal and staff make it bearable . At times when things are taking longer than usual , I don’t worry about time because I know I will recieve the same expert care given to patients before me .Appreciate the care recieved, attitude of everyone there in giving great service. Excellent Dr.
Dr. Krystal is a great opthalmologist and takes her time with all of her patients. She is very personable and has a great sence of humor. She makes all.of her patients feel comfortable and at ease. I wouldn't go anywhere else for eye treatment or surgery

Excellent physician
Dr Kristol immediately recognized what was causing my problems and performed an in office procedure that gave me me immediate relief. She explained her diagnosis, the procedure, and possible preventive measures in easy to understand language and answered my questions. Her calm pleasant manner put me at ease. I feel fortunate to be her patient.

Follow up visit- Great experience
This was my first visit seeing Dr. Kristal and from the moment I met her, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She also made me feel like she was concerned with the treatment I was getting and had received in the past from my previous opthamologist. I highly recommend Dr. Kristal at NV Eye Surgery.
