Dr. Linda Burk, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Linda Burk and staff for my regular, annual eye checkups for years. When she noticed my cataract forming, she took the time and carefully explained my options. When it was time for surgery to replace my lens, I had the very best care from registration to check out at the eye hospital, and thorough aftercare visits. Dr. Linda Burk runs a top notch office, and her entire staff are friendly, personable and competent each and every visit. Her optical shop has wonderful products, too. I highly recommend Dr. Linda Burk and staff!

I like the new office Dr. Burk has in Dallas. I started with her 15 years ago. This appointment was shared with a new doctor in training. When I wanted to ask questions about cataract surgery she referred me to her pamphlet. This infomercial type pamphlet did not address ANY issues related to surgery itself. I have also had lazik surgery by another doctor. I also was given a script for both eyes that is ridiculously out of spec which was developed by one of the automated instruments. My good eye is perfect! I did not receive a results form or recommendation either. And spent 3 months calling back and forth to get this one page form. I am feeling very reluctant to have her do cataract surgery on the one eye that is affected. And I am on this website reading reviews & looking for a new eye doctor.

Dallas Location: Awesome! Because of Dr Burk's experience in a variety of eye issues she knew immediately to take me off of eye medications (containing brimonidine-many are allergic to) a previous doctor had me on to alleviate part of the unusual eye issues I was experiencing. Her experience led to a variety of innovative treatments healing my eyes and improving my eyesight! The staff has always been helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. Over the last 3 months I have been in the dr's office more than most, twice a week, weekly and then every 2 weeks because of my eye issues. ALL employees, staff and other doctors have treated everyone one I witnessed with the utmost care and respect.
