The staff at The Hargrave Eye Center are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sylvia Hargrave provides great care and she shows concern for her patients and she listens to their needs and she address all of your questions professionally and accurately. I love her and her wonderful staff!!!

During my appointment with Dr. Hargrave, I felt she was informative on everything. Explained things well. I came in for a comprehensive eye exam that went well. No problems! Loved the visit.

I had an awesome first time appointment with Dr. Hargrave. I’ve been wanting to have a general exam, and see if I needed glasses. Thankfully I do not. She’s an amazing doctor. I’ve been taking some advice she gave me, and it’s been working quite well. I’d highly recommend her.

I visited Hargrave Eye Center to have detailed photos of my eyes taken to monitor changes in pigmentation. Despite paying for this service, I never received the photos. After multiple follow-up calls, the office acknowledged that they had lost my photo records and scheduled an appointment to retake them.When I arrived, I was told that I needed to see the doctor and would have to pay again, even though I was only there to have the lost photos retaken a service I had already paid for. I made it clear that neither I nor my insurance should be charged for their mistake. Instead of resolving the issue, the office escalated the situation by calling four armed police officers and a security guard. This excessive and intimidating response left me feeling unsafe and was completely unnecessary.Even after acknowledging that they lost the photos, they still wanted me to pay for the retake visit. Additionally, the staff, from the receptionist to the manager, were rude and unprofessional through

She's been extremely helpful over the years for vairous things. I love the new glasses she was able to help me pick out. Kind, compassionate and just geat all around.
