Not My Family Member's Primary Care Physician but Dr. Rerko made herself available for a SAME day as my phone call visit. She took her time, listened to us, and then provided thoughtful advice and care. Did not rush us even though it was an end of day visit. Very solid 'bed side manner'. Was very happy with the overall experience. A solid visit, FIVE STARS!

Dr. Rerko is the best! I’ve never liked going to the doctor and avoided it for years when I really needed help. She’s so easy to talk to and genuinely caring. I know I can be honest and open with her which is important when speaking to your physician. She’s committed to giving her patients the best care and it really shows. Everyone in the office is just as awesome!

I had a virtual appointment due to some lab work run by my family doctor in the same practice and was referred to Dr.Rerko because she is more versed in hormones. I understand it’s normal for doctors to run late which happened to me by about 20 minutes but what irritated me is that I felt rushed through the appointment. I also did not like she didn’t ask me if I had any questions or concerns at the end of the appointment. She seemed pleasant but I don’t know how much of a hormone expert she is I think I should have been referred to an endocrinologist and/or gynecologist who specializes in hormones.
