Dr Kremer made magic happen!!
I came into her very friendly office some years ago. Front desk and office staff couldn’t be nicer. Dr Kremer was recommended by a close friend and I’ve thanked her so many times. I had a history of gout but two SF Docs didn’t solve the painful problem. Dr Kremer DID! I am SO VERY HAPPY to be pain free and to have found Dr Kremer………you will be too!!!

Office staff were very helpful. Dr. Kremer ordered bloodwork for me. She did not explain the reason for these tests adequately. I didn't feel like she was listining to me during the inital consulation and this was evidenced by medical history inaccuracies in the visit report. I didn't feel that she had an understanding that a new patient might be apprehensive or dealing with pain. I felt like she was dismissive of my concerns, and when I mentioned a relative with Fibromyalgia she commented that depression is a primary factor for those with Fibromyalgia. To dismiss a whole condition as caused by a mental health condition without more facts or at least a better explanation of the correlation is stigmatizing. She could be skilled diagnotically, but I found her verbal communication and listening skills unacceptable.

Dr Kremer is singularly unfriendly, uncaring and basically lacks any level of compassion or empathy. Her staff was even worse! I have NEVER EVER been treated so poorly or rudely by any doctor or medical office. I left there feeling that my concerns were not heard-at all, nor was there any attempt on the doctor's part to make even a minimal effort to understand what my concerns were. On top of that, she tried to charge me over $450.00 to complete a simple 2 page form-outrageous!
