Dr. Lisa Kroopf, MD

Been seeing Doctor Kroopf for about 8 years. Can’t speak highly enough about her. But her office staff has gotten continually worse over the years. Everything from not returning phone calls or messages to not getting my prescription pain medications done in a reasonable amount of time . I’ve had to contact them numerous times in the past about not getting my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy on time . Resulting in me going out with out my medications for weeks at a time or having to go to the emergency room for medications or procedures This last time was almost a month to finally get my prescriptions filled and only after multiple messages and phone calls on my part to both the doctors office and the pharmacy . It like Doctor Kroopfs office doesn’t care about their patients.

I felt like I was visiting a friend I hadn’t seen in several years.

I conferred with Dr. Kroopf today for the first time. I admire her thorough and skilled evaluation of my case. She ordered imaging diagnostics to get a more clear impression of the source of my pain. She did instill confidence in myself and I shall continue to follow with her, for the ultimate goal of alleviating my pain. I found her staff friendly and helpful.

OTHER DOCTORS FAILED AT TAKING CARE OF MY BACK PAIN FOR 17 YEARS (SURGERIES,TENS UNITS, EPIDURALS, ECT….) AND THET EVEN SAY THAT, ( I DIDN’T HAVE NOTHING) BUT THANKS TO DR. KROOPF THAT DIDN’T GIVE UP ON ME AND IMPLANTED MY SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR. I CAN FUNCTION BETTER. SHE IS MY ANGEL IN EARTH. THANK YOU!!! DR. KROOPF.

Three days ago I went in for severe right shoulder pain, which my orthopedic surgeon denied was shoulder pain at all! After pinpointing areas of specific of pain , I was injected with a steroid. Three days later I notice improvement and positive changes in my shoulder. Thank you for helping my issue!

Dr. Kroopf is a very competent, caring physician who offers high- quality holistic care within her pain management specialty. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and needs and motivated me to take charge of my own health through good nutrition, the foundation for true health. Dr Kroopf fixed my painful fractured vertebra. I was seen quickly, and couldn’t be happier. Next is a procedure to address my sciatica. Dr. Kroopf is very clear in explanation and was recommended by two of my other physicians. In addition, I like her.

I have been seeing Dr Krropf now for a few years now,Her concern and care for her patiants are as gunine as it can get. I started seeing her for for severe pain in my lower back. The resaults of her surgery on me was nothing but amazing.
