Dr. Loan Nguyen, MD

At my daughter's first visit with Dr. Nguyen, today, the doctor was impressively thorough, attentive, and frank. She explained everything clearly and answered all our questions in an easy-to-understand manner. She described her plan of treatment and explained why she recommended it. Making the appointment was easy and her friendly and helpful staff worked with us as we had to make several rescheduling changes due to uncertainty as to when my daughter would be discharged from the hospital and be able to attend an appointment.

My experience with dr Nugyen was disappointing and a wasted 3 years . She diagnosed me with asthma at age 63. This was a shocking diagnosis because I don't have allergies or history of any lung issues . Every visit I asked why would I develop asthma at this stage if life? What could be the root cause? Every time the answer was the same , "it's common ". Finally went to another dr . He tested my blood for a common bacteria that 4.00 worth of antibiotics fixed . Asthma symptoms completely went away. I spent 1000.00'of dollars on very high priced inhalers over the years. Dr nugyen works for Big Pharma . Not for the patient .

My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Nguyen. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen took time to go over test results of my sleep study, made a medication adjustment to help with my shortnes of breath due to my asthma and discussed the importance of continued use of CPAP. I trust her with my care and would highly recommend her.

Dr Loan Nguyen was attentive and specific to my needs and the care and understanding bedside manner was above any I have ever experienced. She assisted me with a great oncologist and primary care Doctor. I have full confidence in her guidance and would recommend her for her knowledge and care.

Not satisfied with visit. Did not adequately assess my mother who had an obvious upper respiratory infection. Told my mother exercise?? and quit taking so many medications?? Terse manner and short time spent with patient. Would not recommend to anyone with breathing problems.
