Brilliant physician, kind, thorough, & experienced
I'm so glad I found Dr. Sutter. She's truly gifted, sharp, & very knowledgeable, I love her! I had my 1st appointment with her in September, 2024, after she took over the care of patients who were seeing the previous Dr. who retired. Her skills were evident when she began asking excellent questions and reviewed all of my labwork. She took me off one medication that she said wasn't used for my medical condition. Most importantly, she referred me to a specialist who can treat me. She did this without delay; I received approval the next week. She will be my local Dr., the specialist is in San Diego. I wish I'd seen her 2 years before I finally did. My other Dr.s should have referred me and I really suffered during those two years. I must mention her incredible front desk employee, Tamika. She's the friendliest, nicest & most personable employee with all of Desert Oasis. She always has a smile and answers any questions I have. What a great experience I had with Dr. Sutter and Tamika.

Dr Sutter is kind and knowledgeable
I had swollen red painful joints and a high rheumatoid factor after my 4th pregnancy. Dr. Sutter always treated me with compassion, kindness and a plethora of knowledge that only the most seasoned doctors possess. Her treatments improved my quality of life and reversed the course of my disease. I am forever grateful to Dr. Sutter.

The worst!
My daughter called me in hysterics. Ever since giving birth in 2015, she's had a plethora of immunity issues. Ceiliacs and Hashimotos being the main ones. Her fear is of Lupus creeping up behind. She's had many tests that point to it. She recently left Arizona to come back to Caifornia. She had an excellent rheumatologist there, who listened to her.She finally found a good GP here and had new tests done..the numbers again pointing towards Lupus. She has been in misery with inflammation, swollen joints, endless pain, the ' butterfly' rash across her face..sensitivity to the sun, etc.Her doctor set her up with a new rheumatologist. Unfortunately, she was set up with this ' doctor'. ..a ranting unprofessional who literally screamed over my daughter when she was simply trying to explain her symptoms, how she felt, her new test results and her fears. Sutter ( I REFUSE to use doctor title with this person) yelled, berated, put down, talked over, and would not LISTEN to what she had to

Vile, rude human
The moment I went in I was met with a scowl and not even a greeting. The first thing she said to me was asking if I had other paperwork. She kept talking over me and YELLING at me about my ANA being positive because of my hashimoto's. Would not look at the pictures I have for 3 years of a BUTTERFLY RASH that shows on my face. She looked at one photo and goes 'It's not on your nose it's not lupus.' Would not listen to anything I said at all. She called my GP an idiot. I started crying and asked her why she was being so mean. She recorded the meeting because she said their systems weren't working. Do you have it? I'd LOVE to have record of it as well. But something tells me that's deleted and not going into any case files. You were a VILE woman. So much so I had to walk out sobbing because she would not listen to me, kept yelling over me. Like I said in the office, if your day started bad, you do NOT bring that attitude to your patients. If you have a problem with my appearance (pink hai

Finest Doctor I've Been Fortunate to Have
Dr. Sutter has been my Rheumatologist for over twenty years, and it would not be overstating it to say that she saved my life. I had RA for a year or more before I began seeing her and by that time much damage had been done. I could barely walk, open doors or use my hands for much of anything. After 6 months under her care much of my pain and inflammation had diminished. Today I am hiking, working out regularly and comfortable in my body. I depend on and appreciate her care so much that when she moved out of the area where I live I continued to keep appointments with her by phone and now video appointments. I do not know where I would be today without her knowledgeable and attentive care.

Excellent knowledge and expertise and caring
My husband has been a patient of Dr. Sutter's for over 35 years. It was Dr. Sutter that invested her time, knowledge, and research in finding a diagnosis and a drug protocol that has been life-changing for him. She takes time and interest in getting to know you, makes you feel comfortable and confident, and works with you towards a better quality of life. Dr. Sutter evaluates your care thoroughly with each visit and treats the "person" rather than the ailment only.

Run!
She was one of the worst Drs I have ever seen. She was rude and condescending, dismissed my blood work as a false positive (even though it’s been the same for 3 decades), then diagnosed me with osteoarthritis even though my X-rays disproved it. Hardly listen to me at all and spoke horrifically of her MA in front of me. I was appalled and even submitted a complaint! You can find better!
