Dr. Louis Valente, MD

Dr Valente is not only a good doctor, but a good person. He has been my pain management doctor for 17 years. He genuinely cares about his patients, and always remembers my issues without having to read through a file. I think that's pretty impressive considering the amount of patients he sees per day.

Exceptionally well friendly and professional staff, doctors who took their time to listen to the questions and concerns.

I recently had a radio frequency ablation by Dr Valente's partner Dr Andrew Young for severe neck pain. I had also received several treatments of epidural injections into my neck area for the pain which have also helped. After several injections the epidural injections did not help as much as they did at first and a radio frequency ablation was recommended. I had the procedure and I have not have any pain since the procedure was performed. Dr Andrew Young and his staff at the SouthWest Pain Center have always been very professional and courteous to me. Dr Young has always explained all procedures to me where I have felt comfortable proceeding with any procedure he has recommended. I would highly recommend Dr Andrew Young and his staff at the Southwest Pain Center.

Overbooks and underdelivers on patient care and follow up.

I Elizabeth Ramirez is a patient for dr valente offices I took injection in both my knees due to my rheumatoid arthritis. Valente his a very good pain doctor if you got a lot of pain go to doctor valente

I have seen Dr Valente for lower back pain for. Several years. I find that he is caring, explains procedures well and tries new approaches when old ones become ineffective.

I had 3 surgeries now chronic pain. It took 3 weeks to get appt. Due to other medical conditions he decided on botox. I've called 4 times once in terrible pain he offered nothing. Pain is going down arm now ( 5 weeks now) I called and no one could say why the botox wasn't in. My medical dr is going to find me a Dr who will help me.
