Dr. Luis Fernandez, MD

The staff are extremely nice and efficient. Always have all paperwork needed for blood work and referrals ready. Down side is old school treatment instead of natural remedies. I've eliminated three quarters of my medication naturally.

My husband and I moved from Florida East Coast last year and we are so blessed to have found this doctor's office. Entire staff has been like family from day one. They never cease to amaze me with how great they all are. Kinda like the ole fashion doctor's office that we were both raised with. I have had a few health issues since moving here but each one has been handled professionally and knowing they CARE! I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Fernandez’s office staff, nurse practitioners, or PA has greatly improved over the years. I read that people are complaining they never got to see Dr. Fernandez. All you have to do is ask. You can schedule an appointment at anytime. Just ask. Phones are answered promptly. Crystal, the office RN is thorough and makes sure you get your Rx, and tests scheduled. She also helped me find a diagnosis for my stomach issues. Again, the office staff and the ARNPs have greatly improved the flow of the office, from beginning to end. The front end receptionist is very patient and multi-tasks very well, she always has a positive attitude. I highly recommend Dr. F and his staff.

My husband n I have had dr Fernandez for 18 years I wouldn’t trade him for any other doctor in the world he is the most caring friendly doctor I’ve ever met. He really cares for his patients n anyone else that has him would agree he’s the best in the world

Unable to communicate with office as phone is never answered and no way to leave message on numerous occasions

I have been a pt. for over a year & have never met Dr. Fernandez. I have always been seen by one of the nurse practitioners which is fine but I believe a visit with the Dr. should take place especially when you are a new pt. I decided to switch Drs.

The problem with Dr. Fernandez is that he hires incompetent people. His office manager and Nurse Practitioner, Mary Martin, are negligent healthcare providers. I had to call the Department of Health on them and file a formal complaint.

Dr. Fernandez is an outstanding doctor. He takes the time to listen, you never feel rushed. He is very instructive when you have health questions and has a down to earth approach. I have had many primary care doctors in the past and he is the best I have had.

Horrible front office. They sent me to an out of network doctor and it cost me over $200, They never sent enough information in order for me to get an mri

I made an appointment with Dr. Fernandez to have a "pre-cancerous" red spot frozen on my face. He froze the area and I assumed he had treated the correct spot until I looked in the mirror.....he froze a spot right NEXT to the red spot. The area that he treated had NO problem. I made another appointment to have him treat the correct spot a day later. He REFUSED to treat the correct spot. 2 days wasted and I still have to see another doctor to have the spot treated. Very unprofessional

Dr. Fernandez is the BEST !

I have been a patient of Dr. Fernandez for over 30 years. I have been privileged to see his practice expand he has a kind and caring heart. Although, very busy he will still take time to speak with a patient. I would like to recommend him to everyone then he would be too busy, so shhh he is a secret. However, if you need a kind caring and considerate doctor. I would HIGHLY recommend him. David M.

Dr Fernandez is caring, understanding and an outstanding doctor. He will listen, answer questions and does not hurry.

Dr. Fernandez is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever visited. He treats you as a friend and not only a patient. I actually enjoy my visit with him. He is very knowledgeable on anything of concern.

Doctor is great, but don't try to get anyone on the phone! I have tried for over half an hour and all that I get is a busy signal.
