Not so good
I?ve asked to see an ENT specialist twice already from Dr. Dolan?s nurse practitioner so the specialist can look at my sinuses. I?ve been experiencing intense itching on my head, face and ears for couple years now. My face has become very oily and my hair is falling out. The itching comes and goes but I have yet to see an ENT!! I?m thinking of keeping my next appointment in June for my EKG then look around for a doctor who will listen to my concerns.

I only get to see Dr. Dolan for 6 mo. visit. Not happy with nurses in her office who I need to see for urgent visits. Follow up in this office is poor. If I could get visits always with Dr Dolan, I would be happy. Considering switching physicians.

Dr. Dolan is amazing for sure! Recently however, my care has suffered due to the difficulty of making an appointment to actually see her. I tried to make an appointment twice in the last few weeks one for a kidney infection that I ultimately went to the ER for and now for periodic chest discomfort :( Even after verbalizing my symptoms to her staff, I'm told that I can't get an appointment anytime soon!!! And to go to the ER????

she is a very good Dr. and takes the time to talk and not rush. very good bedside manner, which is detrimental to being a great Dr.
