She couldn't be bothered....
Seen this doctor three times iver two years, each time I go in I tell her I have stones and she couldnt be bothered to do a simple image till year two... When we found out I got stones.. now I need those stones removed and she claims only one procedure is available - which isnt the procedure of my choice, in the past I have had other Urologist perform Lithotripsy on me before, but Santiago acts like that isnt even a procedure.

She was very good at diagnosing several problems I had. She then proceeded to treat them and I am much healthier as a result. I would recommend her to anyone suffering from urological conditions. Much Aloha to an excellent physician..

In my experience, Dr. Santiago has zero respect and empathy for her patients. She wrongfully told me I had cancer before an operation and lied on the visit clinic report making false statements. She also did not make a note in the statement about her mistake claiming that I have cancer when I in fact do not. She is extremely rude and I assume its because she knows she made a huge mistake and did not apologize or show any remorse for her actions.
