Did not expect such attitude
The visit started well with nurse, nice caring and professional. When reached dr Alexander totally difeent atmosphere. Asked directly why i was there, irritated when i was talking because this interrupted her writing at the computer. Felt rushed, i was done and not even told where i should go next. Not a good experience. Might have to change the primary physician.

She has a problem with cutting people off when they are speaking. She may think she is being efficient when she does this, but most patients who took the time to park & come in for care would feel slighted and dismissed. If she is stressed, she should get more help. I only gave her two stars because it seems that she had at least read my chart. She never even bothered to show me the way out to the waiting room before I saw her going into another room. She literally opened the door, held out a paper for me to grab with one diagnosis that she hadn't even discussed, and ran the other way. Most doctors where she works don't make patients feel this way; therefore, she really stands out as rude and unprofessional. Maybe she is better, and takes more time with you, when she can connect with you or find what you are saying to be interesting. When she doesn't find you interesting, her lack of concern or connection is palpable. With all the stressors in life, who needs a rude care provider?

She was incredibly rude, dismissive, asked me questions and then cut me off before I even finished answering. Did not seem to want to listen to anything or help.

I am a new member with Kaiser and I had my first visit for a physical with Dr. M. Pamela Alexander. My experience was excellent with Dr. Alexander and Kaiser. She was very personable and really took time to get to know me as a new patient. She really listened and didn’t rush through my exam. I look forward to having a great-doctor patient relationship with her. After my appointment I immediately recommended her to a friend who just joined Kaiser as well. A+ experience!
