Impossible to Talk to Anyone
It's impossible to reach anyone at this office. For some reason, Dr. Fuseini only wrote my bp prescription for one month, but when I call for a refill no one answers the phone. It doesn't matter if I try in the morning or afternoon. There isn't even an answering machine or service to get a call back. My pharmacy has the same problem in reaching his office.

Doctor didn't spend very much time in the exam room.. I felt like he was in a hurry. Nurse didn't return my phone calls when I was having problems when they took me off all my bp meds that I was on for 12 years. Billing department was over billing me $500 and I finally had to contact my insurance company with this problem. If I ever need a cardiologist I will search for a new one. I didn't feel like I was a priority during my doctor visits.

Sadly Dr. Fuseini has allowed his practice to become more of a cardiology mill than a place of diagnosis & treatment. He hadn't spent more than 7 minutes with me during a visit in 2 years. Most visits were under 5 minutes. Very different than before. Because of the lacking time he spends with patients he misses a lot. He doesn't explain anything at all, rather has a printed handout given on checkout. I had to change & my new cardio found I had CHF which explained severe shortness of breath.

Not enough room to tell all the positives aspects on my visits with DR. Fuseini to sum it up, He is a great Specialist Doctor and person as well. Others I know echo that as well.... Blessed to have him under my care.
