The worst doctor
My friend was admitted to Methodist hospital west campus, and unfortunately had this doctor who had not assessed him for two days, then was focusing to discharge him home as soon as possible rather than providing a proper treatment. My friend was discharged home and at the same evening admitted to ER with covid and pneumonia, dehydration and malnourishment that he got under Dr.Bishara's supervision. The worst doctor I have ever met

Please please if you get admitted to Methodist Katy and this doctor is assigned to you or your loved one request another doctor immediately! Dr. Bishara does not care about his patients, does not give the nurses any orders and watches patients suffer in silence. My heart goes out to the families who lost a loved one under his care. Happy that me and my family were proactive and did not step down when he Continuously try to discharge our family member when the circumstances were so extremely critical and unsafe. Please I am begging you do not have your loved be under his care. Shame on him.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!! Dr Bishara was the treating physician assigned to my 79 yr old mother who was admitted thru the ER at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hosptial. My mother had CHF and had starting retaining fluid. During the 2 days that she was in the hospital he never came by her room to discuss her condition with us or requested a consult with my mother’s cardiologist per our request. He discharged my mother before I think she was ready. She was discharged on Friday afternoon and died at her assisted living facility on Saturday night.

I had gone to the emergency room at Methodist Hospital 3 times with high fever, vomiting and stomach pain. They kept telling me there was nothing wrong after having 2 CT scans. The third time I ask them to put me in the hospital and find out what was wrong. They told me that the attending doctor, Dr. Bishara had agreed to admit me. After going in the hospital he came in one time and ask me how I felt about going home. I told him I wanted to find out what was wrong with me. He said "we'll see how you feel tomorrow. The next day at 5pm the nurse came in and told me Dr. Bishara was discharging me. He never one time tried to find out what was wrong. I ended up going to Memorial Herman emergency room the next day after discharge with high fever and vomiting. I had to have an emergency colostomy. I had an abscessed colon and peritonitis had se in. I spent many months recovering all because he would not try to find out what was wrong.

I went to Methodist Hospital to get away from the Memorial cattle call groups only to be asigned Dr Bishara as the general liason. Worst doctor I've ever met. Worsened my condition thru his ignorance of my condition and his general lack of regard for patient history and concerns. If you or a loved one, especially elderly are stuck with this guy, demand a hospital advocate!

I have had ongoing issues with dishonesty, being distracted, being cavalier about my questions and concerns regarding my renal health and giving more time and attention to male patients when he rounds at the dialysis clinic. I've confronted him about the dishonesty and we came to a mutual agreement then two months later he resumed his old behavior. He submitted dates for dialysis rounds when he didn't see me on those days AND submitting MORE days in a month than were actually true.
