I saw Dr. Warthan's P.A. Jessica Mickus for a body mole check. Jessica was very professional and thorough & I was very satisfied.

I was seen by PA Jessica on this recent visit. We discussed my upcoming MOHS procedure for a spot that is cancerous with squamos cell, she performed a biopsy on another spot and froze a few spots with liquid nitrogen. Jessica was very professional and caring as always. A good experience overall.

Dr Warthan's team has been able to resolve an series of issues for me. I have been treated with respect and care with every visit. I cannot speak highly enough about this doctor and her practice.

Visited the Adriatic location and was brought back to the exam room on time. Saw one of the PAs (Leslie) for the visit who was very thorough in her exam. She asked if I had any questions or areas of concern before she did the exam. Overall a solid experience.

My wife and I went together for this first visit to Dr. Warthan's practice and we forgot our paperwork at home. The front office staff told us not to worry and to send the pages via email, which we did. This alone set the tone for this visit. Helpful, caring and professional staff all the way around. We both had moles and tags removed and at least one shaving each as well. No infections and all lesions are healing according to plan. Sincerely, one of the best visits to a doctor's office in our entire lives!

Recently I have appreciated having a telephone visit with Dr. Naylor. He does an excellent job explaining things and has a large background to help diagnose what is going on. I will always go to this group of doctors. They are all an excellent team at Warthan Dermatology.

I have visited them about 5 years ago and went to their new location yesterday. All the staff were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and handled all my needs. My wife will be visiting them soon as well and highly recommended.

Dr. Naylor saw my 13 year old daughter who had to have a skin procedure done on her toe. She was extremely nervous, but Dr. Naylor was very nice and calmed her nerves, along with his nurses. The procedure was done quickly and successfully, it was explained thoroughly, and after care was given. A follow up appointment was set and we are very satisfied.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mandy for many years. She is very competent, friendly and thorough. However, appointment scheduling has always been a problem. You often wait 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before being called back to a room, and another 30 minutes to see the Dr. I think that is very discourteous to her patients and needs to be addressed.

It was the worst! I waited an hour: I was over charged. She seemed under the influence of something. She uses a 3rd party for billing but doesn’t allow them to handle her money and refunds. She does not provide refunds once you see your EOB and what insurance pays. I work in the medical field and this was the most atrocious, unprofessional experience I’ve ever had or seen. How she’s maintained her medical license is beyond me.

Very easy to make an appointment with the ladies that set the appointments. When you go in they greet you by name. They also make sure that your insurance is done before you go in so you know how much your copay is and any other information you need to know about being at your appointment. The doctor and her assistant were very personable and it made for a wonderful visit. I highly recommend seeing Dr Wartham and her team.
