Dr Espinel is a fantastic doctor.He listens to me and addresses any concerns I may have.He doesn’t rush me during my yo appointment and is very thorough.If he sees a problem he will call another one of my doctors (like a specialists )to make sure you are getting excellent care.I consider myself lucky that he is my doctor.

Absolutely the best!! We have been seeing Dr. Espinel for about 4-5 years. He is the most attentive doctor that we have ever been to. He listens to our concerns and appropriately recommends treatment or refers to another specialist. Appointments are easy to get, staff is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

I don't have enough words to tell you how much I honor and respect Dr. Espinel. I have recommended him to all of my friends and everyone feels the same way about him. If you are sick, you will be seen right away. His staff is marvelous. To me, the most important aspect is that if the doctor thinks you need to see a specialist, he gets on the phone and calls for you. No waiting because he has a relationship with excellent doctors and they take his calls and get you in!

Dr. Espinel reminds me of the family doctor I had in the 1950's, when growing up, which is not common nowadays. He is extremely caring of his patients and for example will immediately text a specialized medical colleague to follow-up on a health condition to arrange for care. It is my observation that he is very much motivated to provide the best medical care and rushing through the visit is not his practice approach or style. He takes time to explain my health status. In all my years, I have never had a doctor spend as much time as he does going line by line over my lab results and then discuss the appropriate medications and follow-up to address the problem. Also Dr. Espinel can conduct the visit in either English or Spanish. Today I had overheard a departing new patient in the hallway say "awesome " as a complement regarding Dr. Espinel. I definitely agree.

Seeking a medical professional involves three main criteria: 1. A professional with exceptional knowledge in the specialty field you need, combined with sufficient experience to insure the insights only experience can add to knowledge; 2. That this professional demonstrates attentiveness to your particular situation so that their knowledge and experience be targeted towards your issues; 3. That this professional provides a personal touch and dogged pursuit of solutions that give the patient a sense that the medical professional is genuinely interested in solving your medical concerns, while actually solving them. Dr. Manuel Espinel satisfies these criteria in an exceptional fashion. You will not find a better, more attentive medical professional in his specialty. Period.

Kind thorough caring knowledgeable

I highly recommend this doctor and practice. First the office staff are excellent. They are very warm and caring. They follow thru on tasks given to them. No need to follow up because it get done he first time. Dr. Espinel is the best. He is caring and goes the extra mile all the time. He doesn’t rush when he is seeing you. Very through in his exams and is a most caring doctor. If you are looking for a high quality doctor, you can’t go wrong with Dr. Espinel. On a scale of 0-10. I give him a score of 12.

Dr. Espinel has successfully treated me for several different ailments since becoming his patient. He shows empathy for me and doesn't quit till a remedy or solution has been found. His recommendations to specialist, when needed, has been just as satisfying. I thoroughly trust Dr. Espinel for medical care and wellbeing. Again. I strongly recommend Dr. Espinel to anyone look for excellent medical care and evaluation.

My wife and I moved to Boynton Beach recently.Our major concern at our age was finding the right doctors .We were moving here after having a concierge physician for many years. Thru recommendation we found Dr.Espinel.That turned out to be quite a find. We are treated by him and his staff as well as we were treated by our former doctor. Dr.Espinel when he is in the room with you is where he is totally focused.Unlike many other physicians who have one foot out the door before they are in. His compassion for us is unbelievably outstanding. Staff is great at answering or calling back on phone and getting answers. They are always friendly whether in the office or on the phone.

I highly recommend Dr.Espinel. He is a knowledgeable, highly qualified internal medicine specialist. He takes time to carefully review medical records, questioning details, and listens intensely to answers. He reviews procedures to be certain that the patient understands his clear explanations. It is very reassuring to have an internal medical specialist who is kind, caring, and understands your concerns and issues. He expertly provides help. The staff is professional, respectful, and helpful. Waiting time was short.

Dr. Espinel is the best doctor my husband and I have ever had. That’s after 33 years of working with many doctors and being a patient of many more. He is patient, caring and compassionate. Most importantly, his knowledge and experience saved my husband’s life twice. One of the first doctors to face COVID head on using a combination of treatments that worked. He was the first to discover my husband’s cancer and always calls other doctors to advocate for expediency of our care. His staff is smart, matches his compassionate nature and love him dearly as do we.

Having just moved to Florida, I was looking for a new primary doctor. I am so pleased to have found Dr. Espinel. He makes me feel valued and he truly cares. I never feel rushed and he answers all of my questions. I always have many. I let him know that I was going to have a lapse of one month in my medical insurance and he told me if I needed him to call and not let the lack of insurance be an issue. Thankfully I didn’t need to call, but it gave me peace of mind not having to worry about it. I am very happy with Dr. Espinel and I would recommend him to anyone needing a competent and caring doctor.

It is without hesitation that I would highly recommend Dr. Espinel! He treats his patients with outmost care, compassion and vast medical knowledge! In turn it makes his patients trust him. He is soft spoken reassuring and when needed he moves at lightening speed to call other professionals in order to give his patients the best care possible. In few words, Dr. Espinel saved my life ! I truly admire him. His team in the front office are vey knowledgeable and friendly. Always greeting patients with a smile no matter what!

I am so grateful at 75, and new to Florida, to have Dr. Espinel as my PCP. He is absolutely awesome. A kind and sensitive doctor who listens intently and never ever rushes me. He is clear and precise as well as decisive. He explains things in a way that anyone can understand. I thank God for Him !

Prior to Dr. Espinel becoming my personal full-time Internist in 2020, I was fortunate enough to have him as my doctor while I was hospitalized at JFK & Delray Medical Center. Both times, he literally saved my life which is why I eventually asked him if he would treat me as his patient for as long as he continues practicing medicine. For the most part, I am a healthy 52-year old man, however, I have had my fair share of occasional medical problems. Like anyone my age, I have seen other doctors & specialists over the years, nevertheless, no other physician comes even close to Dr. Espinel’s incredible level of general knowledge, compassion, accessibility & caring. In short, he is without a doubt the finest doctor I have ever met & I trust him & his entire staff with my well-being & my life. As such, I have recommended family & anyone I know since I have that much confidence & trust in his ability. If you love life as much as me then use Dr. Espinel & any other doctors that he recommends.

Scheduling an appointment is easy as the staff is courteous & efficient. Doctor Espinel is knowledgeable & conscientious. He cares about his patients! He always addresses his patients concerns & gives them the attention they need & deserve. I recommend him & his services.
