I scheduled an appointment for 2 week visit and evaluation for circumcision. I was assured on the phone that the doctor would examine him first and would perform it as long as he was under 9 lbs. The PA ended up seeing him (which I was never told) and stated that doctor refused to perform the circ even though he was 8 lb 4 oz. I kindly requested the doctor examine him first like I was told would happen. The PA comes back with the office manager who stated that the doctor refused to examine my son. I never got an answer as to why he wouldn’t examine him. The office manager walked in without introducing himself and became defensive and rude when we asked who he was. He tried to get us to see his uncle for a circ which felt weird and unprofessional. I’ve never felt so dismissed by a doctor before. All I wanted was an exam for my son. The situation was handled poorly by the manager and I left feeling like I did something wrong.

He is the friendliest doctor and my daughter absolutely loves him. I like that he is so down to earth and makes my daughter smile. He is a good doctor and I will continue to have him as her doctor and also my new baby that is on the way.
