my name is Tony Lomenzo doctor marc Frager is the world's best doctor. He diagnosed me with hypogonadism back in 1986 or 1987 he immediately started me on testosterone depo and now I take testosterone cypionate 200mg once injection every 2 weeks, I even give myself my own testosterone cypionate injections right into the quads of my legs. Nurses give the injections in my Butt. But now I do it myself. Thank you doctor Frager for everything God bless you! doctor marc frager is bocas best and frager is the best in the worldi have known him since i was 17 or 16 years old.now im 53 years old.i love you dr.marc frager!!!!!!! god bless you and live long and prosper!!!

The Doctor's office called to solicit me for his concierge practice. I went for my appointment at a scheduled time and was told my appointment was cancelled. I asked if there was an emergency and the person at the desk just said I had to reschedule. When I asked why, she closed the window in my face. I was not given a reason. She then booked me for an appointment 6 weeks later because the Doctor was going on vacation. I asked to see someone else if he had no availability and she just ignored me and told me the new date. I asked to speak to his nurse she said he didn't have one.

What a waste of my time and money to see this guy... very disappointing.

He completely dismissed my complaints. I spoke with multiple other physicians who stated that what he told me was completely inaccurate. I would not recommend him. I think he’s burnt out.

MADE AN APPOINTMENT ON OCTOBER 17,2019 ,WAS GIVEN A DATE OF DECEMBER 4, THEN THEY CALLED AND CHANGED IT TO DEC. 27, CALLED AGAIN AND THEY CHANGED IT TO DECEMBER,20. BROUGHT ALL THE LAB REPORTS AND SCANS. WENT TODAY AND ALL THEY HAD WAS RECORDS IN THE COMPUTER,BUT NO APPOINTMENT,.WORST OFFICE EVER.

Several Years

I could not have less of a Physician-Patient relationship than I have with Dr. Frager. We literally have no discussion about my condition when I am in his office. I have been waiting now for blood test results for close to three weeks, and all that I get is an answering machine in the office. I'm done with Dr. Frager.

My wife had an appointment at 10:30 am, upon arriving on time, was told that someone had erroneously scheduled her with a different doctor and that Doctor Frager was not in the office at this time. After a 35 minute drive we expected at the least an apology. When i suggested this to the receptionist, she completely ignored me and tried to re schedule the appointment. Un professional to say the least. We will find another doctor whose staff will treat patients with respect and courtesy.

As a doctor who has followed my Diabetes treatment for many years Dr. Frager has offered insightful excellent recommendations. He explains what my treatment means and what it's intent is. This is very helpful in my understanding of what we are trying to do.

Dr. Frager is very experienced with all Endocrinology and Metabolic conditions. He is a wonderful physician. Trustworthy and compassionate with his patients. I have referred many friends to him. Over the 35+ years he has been practicing, he's diagnosed and treated many patients. His patients love him and constantly thank him for the quality of life and saving their lives over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Frager.

Awful!! He was rude and arrogant. I came to Dr. Frager because of the reviews, but my experience was nothing like the reviews. Dr. Frager spent maybe 3-5 minutes with me. He did not try to figure out what was going on, nor did he listen to anything I said. Dr. Frager was condescending and dismissive. Absolutely no help. A complete waste of time and money just to have someone treat you like you are an idiot and do not matter. It was as if I was bothering him, even though it is his profession.

WORST DOCTOR EVER, I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is dismissive and not aware of new protocols - not a good experience.

Dr. Frager is an amazing knowledgeable doctor that has had many years in the field that can help you pin point the true reasonings for all your endocrinology needs, and make your life a lot more healthier I recommend him to everyone I know !

I Have referred a number of friends and family to Dr. Marc Frager. He is both kind and compassionate. My mother, Brother, and dear friend have all raved about How Dr. Frager helped them get control of their disease conditions.

By far the WORST endo I have ever been to. They took my blood before anything else, did not tell me what they were testing, I wanted to speak to doctor first. He comes in the room, most arrogant doctor I have ever met, and tells me there is nothing wrong with me that I do not have a thyroid problem because it is under control. I tell him a list of symptoms I have been having for months, still continues to tell me Im fine. I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE. The office staff is extremely rude also.

Terrible Doctor. Do not waste your time he is not smart or helpful at all. Should be a waiter not a doctor. Walked out on him.

I was hopeful about Dr. Frager after reading reviews. I went to my appt. positive, and left his office feeling heard. However, follow-up to blood work left me disappointed. I had to leave several message to acquire my results. The MA was rude when I requested a copy of my results. I was told I was "fine" when I stressed with Dr. Frager that I didn't feel well. I understand bloodwork begins the chapter, but doesn't tell the whole story. My journey for an Endo that treats symptoms continues. Sad.

He is caring and very competent. Wonderful bedside manner. All around wonderful experience.
