Very informative took time to explain and asked if we had any questions. Very pleased with him. His staff also helped me when I was confused about scheduling tests. Glad I was referred to this office.

Idk about these bad reviews. A little suspicious. I got an appnt after referral within 4 wks, Oct. 2022. For a neurologist that’s fast! He took an extensive history & LISTENED. Ordered x-rays & NCV. Follow-up visit in a WEEK. Did a treatment plan & has addressed any concerns. Never had a super long wait. Does phone follow-ups for Rx refills & any med adjustments. Don’t have to drive in every month! Love the ladies in front office. Helpful & caring. If you call You can leave a message OR have option to speak with them immediately. I have Lupus,Sjogren’s & nerve damage, getting Rx help is refreshing after being told,”can’t help you” by other Drs. If you really have problems DrBenitez is a gem! PS: stopped by yesterday, just to ask about new problem, no appnt, they said I could see him, right then. Who does that now days?! Dr Benitez and staff do! Highly recommend

July - December 2020. After getting a nerve test and blood work done, I could not get an appointment for a follow-up. Phone calls were not returned. When I did talk to his office, they responded that they did not receive a referral from my PCP. Bogus. I gave up.

I haven't had a visit yet. I am still waiting on them to look at my referral, which was sent to them 19 days ago, and make an appointment. It has never taken so long in the past for me to get an appointment made after I get a referral. They told me a week to 1-1/2 weeks. I called, and they said the person who did the referrals was off until the next week. Who only has one person to do your referrals? They told me I would get a call yesterday..never happened. Now I call and the call ends before it even rings. Horrible!!!

This doctor is the worst. He makes up stories that are complete lies so he can stop seeing Medicaid patience. This type of patient doesn't make him enough money and that is all he is in business for. He is very uncaring and hateful. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this so called man

Very Professional and Detail Oriented Doctor... extremely thorough and ordered detailed testing! TOO BAD he lets his UNPROFESSIONAL staff destroy his PROFESSION! They are totally unconcerned, unorganized and and obliviously unaware of the doctors orders for the patient. I have learned how critical it is for a doctor to have a professional.

My first visit was great. He asked questions about my background and medical history before making any determinations. He has ordered tests to determine needed treatment. I'd definitely recommend him to friends.

I was very pleased with Dr. Benitez. He did the needed tests before deciding how to treat my medical problems or condition. He was very calm, didn't act like, just because he is the doctor that I was stupid or something and couldn't understand what he's talking about. I think he's a great doctor and would gladly recommend him to anyone.
