My first visit, I was very impressed. Very explanatory and informative.

I don’t usually write about my doctor’s visits but when I had the good fortune to get an appointment with Dr Hakim I now must write about all the positives I experienced. I am on summer vacation and my knee was getting very painful. I called Dr Hakim’s office and they arranged an appointment to see her that very same day. Dr Hakim listened carefully about what my symptoms were and understood what I needed to get me back on the path of healing. Dr. Hakim has so much empathy and patience I was very grateful. She also asked me to stay in touch to make sure I let her know how well I was doing. Her expertise was very reassuring and I am hopeful that I will be back on the tennis courts soon thanks to this wonderful doctor and her terrific staff. Sent from my iPhone

On 11/21/21 I fell and dislocated my ankle with 2 fractures. I called Dr. Hakim's office the next day and got an appointment for that day. Dr. Hakim performed surgery to repair the damage. Her staff called me the next day to see how I was doing. I followed Dr. Hakim's post op instructions which allowed me to go back to work sooner than anticipated. I am very satisfied the care I received from Dr. Hakim and her staff. They made sure I received the proper care before and after the surgery. I felt my office visits were exceptional and thorough including Xrays and exercise instructions to improve my mobility. I would highly recommend Dr. Hakim and her staff for any orthopedic needs as you will be well taken care of.

Dr. Hakim is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have seen. She takes the time to really listen to her patients. She is very thorough in her examination and explains all treatment options. Her bedside manner is great. I would highly recommend Dr. Hakim to anyone.

A friend recommended Dr Hakim-Zargar and I was very impressed with her listening to my concerns and she took the time to explain every detail regarding my care and helped me to read the x-rays so that I could understand exactly what my issues were. I never felt like she was trying to rush me out of her office because I was taking up too much of her time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hakim

I have recommended Dr Hakim Zagar to many colleagues. She has yet to disappoint anyone with whom I have spoken. Her office is efficient, pleasant and well-run. I have yet to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and appointments are not difficult to get. Dr Hakim herself is personable, attentive and sympathetic yet not a pushover. Her treatments always start at the conservative end of the spectrum, moving only toward more invasive options after all other avenues have been truly exhausted. Her bedside manner is excellent and she not only listens to but hears what her patients are saying. I recommend her without any reservations whatsoever.

She was wonderful with my 6 year old daughter! Dr. Hakim was very nice and made us feel very comfortable. We got in the same day I called and everything ran on time.

Dr Hakim, is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time. She actually spends time with you to hear your symptoms. I am so pleased someone referred me to her. Her office staff is amazing also. Highly recommend her. You won’t be sorry

Great doctor. Companionate and intelligent. Skilled surgeon. Very thorough and has the patient's puts well being first. Every thing a doctor should be. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hakium is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure to use. She is thorough, compassionate, intelligent and just an all over wonderful human being. She is not "knife happy" opting for surgery as a last resort. She does not rush you through your visit, and takes time to really listen to you, since diagnosing properly comes with diagnosing the whole person and not just the foot! I have read the review from Harwinton (one star) and say ignore it! That is not her....period!

I recently needed emergency surgery on a Saturday night and was very fortunate that Dr. Hakim-Zargar was the doctor on call. She is a tremendous advocate for her patients, an excellent, highly skilled surgeon and a truly lovely person. I highly recommend this doctor.

Not very compassionate office at all. I was rear ended, and was diagnosed with whiplash. We have med pay though our auto insurance and health insurance through work. The office still insisted on us paying $150 up front before they would treat my wife. I'm sorry, but it was obvious they were more interested in money, than my well being. Office was empty, and she is accepting new patients. Now you know why. Also informing my PCP so they no longer will refer anyone to them.

Such an amazing Doctor. What she did for me was more than an Doctor did in my 40 years

She is the most compassionate Dr. who is very knowledgeable and won't offer surgery if it isn't needed. Love her!
