Dr. Marianne Carroll, DO

I can honestly say that Dr. Carroll and her entire staff are outstanding! I have been going to Dr. Carroll for over 2 years, while living in West Palm Beach, FL, and found that the professionalism and care provided surpasses any practices that I have ever experienced. I have moved to Michigan and will miss this type of personal care by everyone involved. They deserve a 6 star rating.

I saw Dr Carroll to have a Fraxel treatment on my face and to have a minor tag removed from my chest. I ended up with hyperpigmentation blocks on my face and a dime-sized scar on my chest. Battling the results for 3 yrs now - confidence is shattered and thousands spent trying to fix the damage with the help of other providers and the derma panel at the University of Miami. Be weary of providers not taking the time to discuss your ethnicity or other factors that should determine what settings are used prior to procedures. Adding insult to injury - I’d originally purchased a 3 session package. After seeing the damage, we agreed I shouldn’t use the other two sessions. She refused to refund me for the unused sessions and instead suggested I get fillers or something else the office offers with the credit. As if I’d trust enough to have any more work done in that office.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Carroll very quickly. She is lovely, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She numbed a spot on my face and took a biopsy and I didn't feel a thing even the needle. She's fantastic.

My wife seen Dr.Carroll to get a mole removed and get a bad rash on her face treated the Dr refused to remove the mole on her body which is one of the reasons she came their then gave my wife an $600 prescription for cream which no insurance covers The girl at the desk told us that insurance doesn’t cover this prescription most of the time that if it’s to expensive that we should call back and we can get an alternative prescription. Well after calling and following up several times and getting promises that the doctor will call us back . We never received any call backs and the doctor was busy is the only explanation we had. So after a week my wife decided this Dr was a waste and we are going to both take our dermatology needs elsewhere since this doctor doesn’t seem to want to treat patients. Also we noticed they say they open at 8:30 am and nobody arrives till after 9am . Seems like they don’t care about their Buisness very much.

Dr. Carroll is awesome and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed, even when facing the uncertainty of a spot on your skin. Highly recommend her practice to others.

Dr. Carroll was great. She was nice and very helpful! Scheduling was easy and quick. I had a positive experience and I would recommended her for your dermatology needs.

I feel that Dr Carroll saved my life. I had a very bad case of squamous cell carcinoma verified by a biopsy in her office. She removed the cancer using the MOHS procedure. Seven layers were removed. She recommended an excellent plastic surgeon to close the wound. She also recommended i see an oncologist to insure the cancer had not spread. He did 2 PET scans one year apart. No spread of cancer. Dr Carroll was thorough in her diagnosis and treatment. She gets an A+ from me!

My first visit was a walk in visit with no appointment. I waited a very short time to meet with Dr. Carroll and was pleased with her professionalism and interest in helping me understand the best course of treatment for my situation. My second visit, I received a call to let me know Dr. Carroll was running a few minutes late so I would not be inconvenienced..no other office has ever done this!! I have had a great experience with all my visits and would highly recommend Dr. Carroll.

Dr. Carroll is great! I love that she is a dermatologist and offers all the cosmetic services. She has the expertise to keep my skin healthy and looking great! Most recently had the Ultherapy treatment to my face and neck. I look ten years younger. I highly recommend!

I would schedule appointments and on 2 occasions they cancelled. Wait time was ridiculous. I stopped going here because I got fed up. Unprofessional - go elsewhere !!!

Dr. Carroll has a history of making you wait hours for half hour procedures. Time stops in her office. It's a great place if you've got nowhere else to go...

Dr. Carroll is not only very professional but shows genuine concern for her patients. She has treated me for 3 areas on my face for skin cancer. Would trust and refer without hesitation. She has also referred me to other doctor's with whom I was completely satisfied. Wish she was my primary actually!

I had two problems that Dr. Carroll took care of effectively. Both required surgery and were performed with excellence. She is going to be my dermatologist. Other dermatologists either didn't help me or only wanted to sell me expensive procedures not covered by insurance.
