Great Doctor!
All Drs should be this professional! I went in anxious but Dr. Cusick made the appointment so much easier. Making the appointment was easy, minimal wait time and the front desk were very friendly. She is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable, explains conditions in terms you can understand! I definitely recommend Dr. Cusick, so glad I found her!

Best Doctor I have ever been to. I was very nervous on first visit and she put me at ease. After my procedure, she was amazed that I had little to no pain, but I chalk it up to her being a great surgeon. If you have an concerns that you keep putting off out of fear, don't hesitate to see Dr. Cusick!

I saw Dr. Cusick after my previous surgeon never saw me while in the hospital for two weeks. She is amazing! She listened to my concerns and I had surgery within a few weeks. I did not even need pain medication. I only wish I was referred to her sooner!

This review is for Dr. Marianne Cusick at the Colon and Rectal Clinic at Memorial Herman Southeast. If I could give her no stars, I would. I had a pilonidal cyst extracted back in November 2019. Back in February, she “cleared me” stating it was ok to return to the construction industry - even though the site had not completely closed. As of now, June 2020, the site has reopened about 10 times. I called her after the first time it opened, she had her nurses call me to say I should come in for her to have a look. They went ahead and charged me for the visit, even though because my surgery has not completely healed. I am a construction contractor and if the client does not like the work, they do not pay until the job is complete and to their satisfaction. I guess that’s too old fashioned and nowadays they would send you to collections. She also left gauze inside of me that shouldn’t have been left and didn’t say anything about it being her mistake. She just proceeded to rip it out of me w

My appointment was for 11:30 am. They called me the morning of the apt at 9:30 am (2 hours prior to the apt) and told me the doctor had to leave the office at 11:30 and I would need to be there an hour earlier or reschedule. I could not rearrange my morning on such short notice, so I had to cancel. I will not be rescheduling. You shouldn't do patients this way (in my opinion).
