Dr. Mark Craft, MD

After multiple calls including bringing in my current prescriptions during my 1st appointment, Craft or his staff continually prescribe me half of my GERD & Acid Reflux Medication dosage. I am vomiting stomach acids presently. 3 calls to his office today resulted in no help and the possibility he wouldn't even get to my issue today. I am strongly considering switching Doctors at the very least and possibly Doctors offices.

Doctors office does not return phone calls and when you finally get a hold of someone, they tell you the 72 hour process you initiated 3 days ago is being resubmitted to the doctor and will take 24 to 48 hours to complete. Been out of my meds for days and this doctor and or office DOES NOT CARE.

Terrible!! Terrible!! Terrible!!! Poor service. They do not seem to care about their patients. They don't call back, they don't properly handle their paperwork or scheduling. It's quite sad... definitely scary considering this is healthcare. Sad that they treat people this way - especially seniors. I would NOT recommend.

On 10/4/18 a study was ordered on my rt & lt carotid artery by a cardiologist. Results - less than 50% blockage of rt artery & between 50% - 69% blockage of the lt artery. I'm a 2nd year patient of Dr Craft and asked him to make a referral for a carotid artery test. He refused. Said I'd just had the test a year ago, 3/17/21. Consequently, I made an appointment with my cardiologist to have the test ordered and because I'm on medicare advantage I had to pay $40 for an office visit just to have the test ordered. Like many of you, I found Dr Craft to be very likable with a calm and pleasant demeanor. However, I find his behavior regarding this matter very disturbing and not at all what I'd expect from a medical provider. I cannot trust him in the future to have my medical health at heart.

Dr. Mark Craft and his nurse Robin are the best! Both of my sons have many conditions / impairments. The PCP's we had before were non-caring and never listened to the problems that my sons have, nor did my sons get the care that they needed for their conditions. Dr. Craft listens, takes the time needed to talk to us, and I feel cares about his patients. I am so glad that my sons are able to see Dr. Craft. I now feel they are getting the help that they need.

3 weeks for 1 prescription with calls made very frequently by patient and no one ever handled even once I ran out of meds and then they lie to get you off phone. If I could rate with negative stars I would.

I have only had good experiences with Dr. Craft and his nurse. Dr. Craft is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed or that my concerns were unimportant. He is very kind and wonderful. I am so glad to have him as my Dr. His nurse Robin is also very kind and attentive. Very happy with them both!

I have been a patient of Dr. Craft's for many years. He is caring, considerate, and listens to you. You are never rushed. Whatever the problem is, Dr. Craft works with you to get you better. He is an excellent doctor. His nurse is excellent as well.

The doctor takes the time to go over your medical needs and listens to you. I am a new patient but so far am very pleased with the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Craft is a great doctor. The problem is you cannot get an appointment. All 4 members of our family have seen him and become established patients. However, in the 3 years since then, we have not once been able to get a same day or even next day appointment with him when we are sick. Staff always recommends walk-in clinic. We had to switch doctors, even though we liked him.

What an arrogant jerk. If he was anything but a doctor he'd be out of business in a week and he knows it and acts accordingly. He is better than you and you are there for him rather than the other way around. Would not let my dog go to him.

I was a new patient and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived I was told, I should have come 30 minutes prior to my appointment. However, the office staff never told me. Eventually, I was seen by the MD but the MD did not appear interested in my concerns and barely made eye contact.
