Scheduled office appt, clerk called to reschedule saying Dr was not in office. Later scheduled stress test, clerk called at last minute wanting to reschedule test, I had other commitments and could not. When I arrived for Test I had not been given adequate pretest instructions and she refused to do test. I walked out. Clerks were pissed that I would not reschedule since it was a Friday and they wanted to close early. Later I received letter DISMISSING me as a patient.. Very poor experience .

Went to see Dr Hanson for atrial fibrillation. Scheduled a cardioversion and he never showed up. His office claimed that I AND the hospital both had the wrong date. Nevertheless, I had the cardioversion performed at a later date. A week later, I was back in Afib, which can be common with stubborn cases. Commonly, the next step is cardioversion with medication. Instead he recommended that I just live with it because I was asymptomatic. Thank God I got a second opinion or I might be dead by now.
