Excellent care
Recently had allergy testing and sinus surgery with Dr. Hechler and staff. Very pleased with professional treatment from all. Doctor explained clearly what he was going to do before procedure. Nurses were friendly and very attentive before and after surgery. Felt very comfortable in their care. thank you all. Barb Wilson

To be fair to Dr Mark I saw him for chronic sinusitis. He recommended a surgical window. He did the surgery and told me "it didn't go as well as I wished". My bones failed to be excised as expected. This resulted in the whole side of my face to swell after I blew my nose gently. Air had leaked under the skin that felt like bubble wrap. That resolved with time. Since then I've had food escape while chewing and goes into the "window" the Dr created. Pills, beans, pieces of meat and other things have found their way into the too large sinus window. Now many many years later air escapes up into my eye creating a crepitus sensation in the eye which also audibly clicks with blinking. He was young and it was early in his career. When I returned to him with related problems I was condescended to whispered loud enough to hear some not very nice comments and those whispers we rude, uncalled for and totally misconstrued in the negative. This was within the last few years. Not recommended.

Dr. Hechler and his staff are amazing in every way! They are very friendly and professional. I never felt rushed during my office visits and Dr. Hechler always addressed my concerns honestly and thoroughly. I would HIGHLY recommend his office!
