Mark Houston, M.D., was my doctor for 2 or 3 years, years ago when he was doing his Residency in Carbondale, IL. He helped me immensely. Very caring, considerate, kind, correctly knowledgeable, wise, honest, compassionate, active. I learned immensely helpful things from him, no other doctor prior bothered to teach me. He's one of the best doctors I've ever had. No doubt he'd have stayed here longer, but good doctors are in high demand, and the local healthcare system in this area doesn't pay what they're worth.
