Very professional team and care. He has an excellent way of explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards

Dr McQuain was wonderful during my entire appointment. He explained everything about what he was doing before hand and throughout the procedure. I was so nervous about an injection into my spinal area and he set me at ease as quick as he came in and ask if he could pray. Rex, the person who took me to procedure room, explained his role with the x-ray part and was so kind and caring. I felt so at ease with him also. My late husband was a Rex and I found they had a lot in common. My visit could not have been any better!!!

This was my 2nd epidural injection from Dr. McQuain! As before he explained everything before we went in to start procedure. Then, he explained everything he was doing as he went along. He was great, and also his staff helping him was wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for this. Watauga Orthopedics are the best.

I am a Registered Nurse and I am familiar with the medical field. I know this team of experienced professionals are the nicest group I have encountered in my journey to relieve my pain. They are positive, explained procedure and Dr. McQuain prayed with me prior to epidural.

I have known Dr. McQuain for years, but we just recently reconnected last year. I have a lot of trust and faith in what he tells me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his area of expertise.

Dr. McQuain was fabulous. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thoroughly examined my problem areas with exercises and review of past medical history to make a sound judgment in care. He was truly amazing!

How they treated me and called me by my first name and explained to me.

Dr McQuain was very helpful . Stopping in at first to explain the procure and let me know what to expect . The procedure it's self is fairly quick as both Drs explain what they were doing and what I would be feeling . Made a tense situation very comforting

I visited this office today 5/10/23 and i couldn't of asked for it to go any better.Dr McQuain and his staff was truly amazing! Dr McQuaim came in the office explained everything that was going to happen and why they were doing it and before he left me to go get ready for the procedure he ask if he could have prayer with me! That touched my heart in away i can't explain . I had never had this procedure before and i think he could tell that i was nervous and the guy that helped him i am so sorry that i didn't hear his name but he also came in and talked with me and put me at ease for sure. Thank you to all the staff members who helped they were all a class act and i would recommend them to anyone!
