RUN, don't walk, AWAY from this office
I really did not want to write this review, but at this point, the intention is to save others from the stress of dealing with this office. I returned to Dr. Tages-Cordova after a long absence hoping to get help with some distressing perimenopausal symptoms. I paid over $700 out of pocket for this specialized HRT care. What did I receive for that money? Rescheduled appointments which delayed my healthcare, hours long wait times in the waiting room, constant delays in renewing my prescriptions, and a lab bill for $1500 due to a coding error that the office staff seemed either unwilling OR unable to correct despite multiple calls from me, my insurance provider and the lab. As much as I like Dr Tages-Cordova as a person, she is ultimately responsible for the behavior of her office staff towards her patients. I can attest that the behavior towards me seemed like a cruel irony for an office touting 'inner peace' and 'mental well-being' on its website. I received none of that.

Office has gone from great to terrible!
I have been a patient of Dr. Tages for 17 years. I think she is a wonderful doctor. However, since she started the O'Health program, I feel like she is all about the $$$. I have never seen her within an hour of my appointment time, sometimes waiting 2-3 hours. For an annual physical, she used to give a referral for blood work so that when you come in, it could be discussed. Now you have to see her first, then get referral and come in again. Her new staff is terrible and always changing!!! There are always new faces when I come in. In the last two years, they never get the prescriptions or referrals for testing correct. I always have to debate with them for weeks until I get them or they are called in incorrectly and I have to call them again. In spite of her being a caring and good doctor, due to her staff and new office procedures, I will be looking for a new primary care physician.

Didn't see dr or actually check insurance coverage
My family has been going here for a while so I decided to get a check up after a few years of not having a physical because I was at school or COVID. Got to my appointment and the front desk took my id and insurance card (I just got a new job) and 'ran everything' and said I was good to go for my appointment. They did a full physical and bloodwork. I didn't see the doctor the entire time only the nurse and they were very dismissive about my previous health concerns. I have PCOS, currently have cysts and fibroids, and my sister have uterine cancer. When I came back to get my results, they then tell me that my visit wasn't covered under the insurance because it wasn't 'active' yet with the new job. They then had me pay the $25 office charge for the results which I expected, and they said we would figure it out. I then got sent a +2k bill in the mail from insurance that I know have to figure out because they didn't check properly at that appointment when they said I was covered.

Utter Lack of Respect of Time
I had 3 appointments with this doctor and office. The first, after waiting 90 minutes, I had to leave for work. Rescheduled for 6 weeks later - even though I was running out of meds. Second meeting was fine - took blood and scheduled a follow-up tele-health to review. My follow-up was scheduled for 245 PM> I had to re-arrange my meetings and appointments to accommodate this time. As I write this review - it is 4:18 PM. Still no doctor. I called the office 3 times to inform them and their response was - she is with a patient...one patient for 95 minutes. Not ok. I don't know who she thinks she is - but having DR in front of your name doesn't give you the right to have a complete and utter lack of respect for other peoples time. I work too. If I could give a zero rating - I would. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this doctor - she lost my entire family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cordova for a long time. She is very thorough, listens and cares. I would give her Five stars except in the last couple of years, she is performing odd computer tests and mental health evaluations to get the bill higher and I don’t like it.

I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF OF THE DR" S OFFICE. When you go for a consultation you have to see many people before the dr. and then she just spend few minutes with you. Is impossible to talk to the DR or the nurse practitioner by phone. They force you to make an appointment, and also the schedule time is very inconvenient for people that is working. On top of that the waiting time at the office is more that 2 hours. So you always loose half of your day there
