Horrible
If you want a dr who will lecture you, talk down to you and has a superiority attitude, this is the dr for you. I hated going to the dr. Have since changed dr and I am so happy to see him each visit.

Thorough, but mean, and burnt out. She made me cry
Dr. Friedman would rather judge me on my life decisions and make me feel awful enough to make me cry in the office! (Even though she knew I have gone through terrible trauma including ALS). She would rather lecture you than take care of your health. Also, PSA the receptionist is very rude.

I am new to Hollister & looking for a PCP. They said they were accepting and I was placed on hold. Tracy picked up the phone & confirmed so I asked for the NPI number so I can assign benefits to them and she refused to give to me. This is something every patient should have access to. Will not be going to Dr Friedman now. Hopefully the doctor is aware of what is going on in the office

Dr. Friedman is very thorough and listens to any concerns I’ve had. In fact, the office fit me in for an emergency with my eyes. Then was very concerned and called an eye doctor herself and sent me straight over there. That’s what I call 5 star care. Thanks so much Dr. Friedman.

I have been seeing Dr. Friedman since she started practicing in Hollister. She listened to me and always has given me excellent advice and service. When I moved my mother to Hollister, I took her as well. She was kind and very knowledgeable about geriatric medicine. Without her knowledge of dementia and what drugs can be used to lessen the symptoms, mom would have had a different end-of-life experience. When my kids graduated from the pediatrician, they became patients, as did my husband. She is great. She might seem short sometimes, but she always has the best interests of her patients in mind and works very hard to keep all of us healthy. I have moved out of town, but still call her with any worries. She is the best pharmacological doc I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable.

My mother and I were patients of this doctor for many years but just moved and now have a new doctor. After having these new doctors we finally realized how bad of a doctor she was. She prescribed my mother many many medications and when my mother had side effects to these, she tried prescribe her more pills to mask the effects. She’s very dismissive and unprofessional.

I’ve been a patient here for only a few years and because I’m an infrequent patient, I’ve dismissed their unprofessionalism. After my last two visits, I’m looking for a new Dr. She is incredibly rude and insensitive and her staff follows her lead.

Dr. Friedman is amazing - compassionate, professional and exceptionally intelligent. She has treated me, and my family, for a number of years. Even though we aren't currently living in the area, we have gone out of our way to see her and she always returns my calls to address my questions. True, sometimes it takes her a day or a few days to return my calls, but that is because she undoubtedly has patients in need of more immediate medical care. The fact that she is sometimes very busy is a reflection of how good she is, not a sign that she doesn't care about her patients. Like all healthcare professionals, sometimes she has to prioritize! And sometimes she answers my questions quickly (which I appreciate so I can get on with life) and some things take a more extended conversation. I trust her 100% with my health and with my children's health!

Dr. Friedman is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have suffered from migraines without relief for years. She was immediately able to help me. Within 30 days, I went from 2-4 migraines a week to maybe 1; and the severity was cut in half. Dr. Friedman is going to tell you exactly how to fix your medical needs safely and efficiently. I will forever be grateful for her counsel.

Dr. Friedman has been my doctor for many years, primarily providing routine yearly physicals. Recently, a leg injury prompted an emergency visit to Dr. Friedman. Her wonderful office staff quickly worked to get me in to see the doctor. Dr. Friedman wanted to refer me to a surgeon for immediate care, however there were no openings. Dr. Friedman performed the needed surgery and I am on the mend. I have no doubt Dr. Friedman saved my leg and I am forever grateful.

Very disappointed in the service of this office. I called on a Friday trying to make an appointment because my daughter was sicke(explained how important it was to see the doctor) . They said they couldn't squeeze her in until following Tuesday. So I took the Tuesday appointment. I ended up taking my daughter to the hospital she had pneumonia. Called To confirm my Tuesday appointment for follow up they never wrote it down and wouldn't get her in . staff is horrible. Funding new doctor!
