I had a very painful abscess behind my tonsil and called her office, thinking that they would help me because I had seen her before for a similar issue. They said that they wouldn't see me until next week and when I pushed, was allowed to talk to a PA. She said she'd talk with the dr. and get back to me. After not hearing from them by the end of the day, I called back. Was told to just keep taking antibiotics and call back if it wasn't better when I ran out. The next morning, my primary care doctor had to help me find an ENT in another city. They treated it as urgent and worked me in that day.

balloon sinuplasty was an expensive failure, sinus issue is worse than it was. If you want to have a patient doctor relationship find someone else. Your just $ for her and your concerns, voice about your symptoms and treatment plan is not considered or of her concern. Find someone who cares. Pls

What a blessing to Cheyenne! Dr. Silver performed a few surgical procedures at once in my sinuses, and wow...a week afterward I could almost cry from how much better I felt! It was just a relief. She was so kind, compassionate, professional, and excellent as both a person and a surgeon, plus she went out of her way to work with my very tight, inflexible schedule. The world needs more doctors like her. I'd rate her 6-out-of-5 stars if I could. PS-Never any wait time at the office, either!

Dr. Silver recently performed a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my 8-year-old son. She explained everything thoroughly before the surgery and made sure that we were all comfortable. She had someone come out and check in with us after she started, and she came out right away to let us know how he did. Before the surgery, my son told her that his teddy bear had an earache, and before he woke up she "fixed" him. She was great! No complications or bleeding since.

Dr. Silver attended to me in the hospital with an uncontrolled nose bleed. She was very skilled, well mannered and explained everything to me before my cauterizing procedure. I have since transferred my care for ENT to Dr. Silver and her colleagues in Cheyenne. Thank you Dr. Silver

Very happy after having gotten a septoplasty. Dr. Silver explained the procedures and why she would perform them very well, showed what was wrong on a CT scan, and very capably performed the septoplasty, with a turbinate reduction and another corrective procedure. Pain and discomfort were minimal, and I am very happy with the outcome - I can breathy well again, after many years. Highly recommended!! She is experienced, skilled and loves what she does.
