Outstanding doctor! Had one eye surgery with her and 5+ years of treatment. She is an empathetic listener, compassionate and caring, thoroughly considers options and talks everything through, doesn't rush patients, and has laid a steady course for my glaucoma treatment that has kept me in overall good shape despite my many eye troubles. I feel so fortunate to have had her as a doctor (she's now leaving the U for the VA... her new patients will be in the best of hands with her).

I have been seeing Dr. Wright since I was 17 and developed traumatic glaucoma, she has taken exceptionally good care of me. She tells me everything I need/want to know about my eye problems and gives me the most direct and effective ways to get the problem under control. I trust her with the life of my eye and would recommend her to anyone that needs a glaucoma specialist. She also put my parents minds at ease because she knows exactly what she is doing when she recommends something.
