Dr Dika herself and her PAs are great! I've had multiple bad experiences with the front office staff. They've scheduled appointments when the Dr and team have not been in the office and didn't call us beforehand to reschedule. They have rescheduled appointments without letting us know and then tried to charge me for missed appointments. I let it go for a while, given how much I like the Dr, but it became too much work on my part.

I saw Dr Dika yesterday as a walk in looking for a second opinion. She immediately knew what my problem was and printed out all the info on it. Will continue seeing her as apposed to my prior dermatologist. She is kind, gentile and listens.

My teen daughter came to Dr. Dika for several concers. Horrible bed side manner. never sat down to discuss things with her, stood over her talking at her. She dismissed her concerns, talked over her, and made her feel stupid. Never again.

Dr. Dika was knowledgeable and caring. She explained my condition in terms I could understand and came up with a good treatment plan for me. She was genuinely concerned about by well being.

I chose this position because of her expertise and hair loss the bonus was because she was African-American and because I was so reluctant to speak to anyone else need to be an African-American I thought I would have a easier time speaking to her while she was easy to speak to you I thought she dismissed my claims very easily. The advice and literature she gave me on the condition I came to see her about could have been found on any website I was highly disappointed . I was also disappointed when she examined me and I had to takeoff my wig and she told the white in a see Amber this is how we do . As I said I came to this doctor because of her expertise and because of her being of my family as your background I thought it would be more comforting comforting to me to speak to her about my issues but I feel I was wrong I will not be choosing this doctor again
