I think Dr. NGUYEN is fantastic. He is always on time, greets me and goes to work. A man of few words, but I have extreme confidence in him.

Rushed visit
Seemed to be in a hurry. I told him I had more than just one dermatology issue to have him look at. He checked one and argued I'd have to make a separate appointment for the rest. He added he had other patients to care for and waltzed away. Lousy attitude. Poor manners. No follow-up whatsoever.

Treatment of husband by Dr. Nguyen
My husband, David Jones, has been going to Dr. Nguyen for over 10 years. Yesterday, April 20th, he had two Mohs surgeries. Today when he called to ask whether he should have had a stitch in area around lip because bandage would not stay on, he was told Dr. Nguyen no longer considers him his patient and any more care will have to be done elsewhere. This seems so totally unprofessional and a real cause for concern over a doctor treating any form of skin cancer. In fact those patients with skin cancers in varying forms are the only patients he sees. Obviously if you question him, he drops you. Is this considered patient abandoment?

Worst derm I have ever been to. Rude, abrasive, bashing fellow dermatologist and very argumentative. Asked for a mole to be removed and had to beg. Commences to tell me will not remove just because I want removed and that his primary focus is in mohs. Thank god I begged as it turned out to be cancer.

First, I had an appt to see the Nurse Practitioner, recommended to me. When I got there, I was told she was on maternity leave, not given the option to reschedule. He looked at my skin and told me if I thought it was hormonal, he'd refer me to an endocrinologist. What? Isn't the doctor supposed to tell the patient what HE thinks it is, and go from there? Not happy with the $300 bill for a 15 min. appt and no answer, besides antibiotics. There is an overuse of antibiotics in this country!

Not very cordial. Dosen't seem to care about patient. I felt he didn't do a thorough job inchecking my body for skin cancer.

Rushing and no time for me as a patient. I felt like a number in the office from Nurse Marilyn to the Dr. I did not have a major item, but communication in the office was poor. The nurse blamed me for not telling the front desk I expected the doctor to check me all over for skin cancer. I assumed that is what they do when you call because you are worried about a change in color. No one asked me if I wanted that done ever.
