My grandson has had ongoing ear infections for months. His family referred him to Dr. Goins office. All insurance info was faxed over by family Doc and approved by Dr Goins office. After waiting a few weeks we go yesterday for his appointment. After all paperwork was done my daughter was called to window to be told they don't accept that insurance. The lady was so rude about it. His family Doc called and there response was it didn't get checked. So rude and apparently people don't do there job.
