I have had Dr. Soto for many years, and even though I have to travel an hour to see him nowadays, his services are well worth it. Dr. Soto and his team are so incredibly good! Highly recommended! Whenever you need them, they really go out of their way to help you in any way possible!

Horrible. Office did not renew my prescriptions on time. Doctor would not return my calls. Had a seizure because of it. Total lack of care or concern.

I have been with Dr. Soto for over 5 years after moving from N.Y. and I can say without a doubt that I trust him and his staff 100%. I have had no problems or concerns regarding his office. In fact I won't consider changing health plans unless I know that he accepts it. Dr. Soto is a excellent Doctor and with all the health issues I have, I consult him or his P.A. before I make any moves regarding my health. His staff is also very attentive and passionate about the job they perform.

After one year of asking to send me for a chest x-ray and CAT scan, I have bad pain on my right side by my diaphragm along with a bad loose cough along with wheezing and whistling. He kept refusing saying its only allergies. I told him something is very wrong I don't feel good at all. Finally, after all my complaining, he sent me for these tests. It was found I have an 8cm hiatal hernia within my diaphragm and enlarged heart. I am in severe pain, and he refuses to give me any pain meds.

Receptionist on the phone was very accommodating. I was ill and requested a same day appointment . Expecting a long wait time I was pleasantly surprised I was seen in less than 45 minutes .Dr Soto was thorough, understanding and compassionate . I even recieved a follow up call to inquire how I was feeling. I am very happy with Dr Soto and his staff and will be recommending him to my family .

Dr. Soto and his staff ignored my concerns for heart disease and hypertension until we finally did an EKG in his office. At least a year had passed since I began expressing concern about tachycardia and hypertension before this in office procedure was done and confirmed my concerns. I was immediately referred to a cardiologist. I only hope that no significant damage was done to my heart while I waited to be taken seriously!
