Cold and condescending
Mr. Wassouf spent minimal time with my family member and disregarded most of our questions. One example: When we asked about the results of a test, he said it was negative. A week later we looked at the electronic health record and it was, in fact, positive. Another incident occurred when we explained an intensifying pain. He said it was nothing and everything was fine. A week later, my loved one still cannot eat due to the pain. This is inexcusable. We felt like he did not have the desire to give us any time or consideration. An individual in healthcare should possess better manners, consideration, and concern for people.
