The most incompetent medical encounter of my life. This woman’s cult ignorance nearly killed me.

Dr. Bailey has always shown care and understanding, and with a life long disease you need a caring Dr. who listens and understands the disease for the best treatment. I couldn’t ask for a better Dr. and for that matter the whole Mendell MS Care Center!!!!

I just had my first appointment with dr. Bailey today. I think she's absolutely amazing. I was diagnosed with Ms in March of this year and the neurologist that diagnosed me didn't specialize in Ms and I just felt wasn't meeting my needs. Dr Bailey listened to my story asked me important questions and then came up with a plan of action. I am absolutely impressed with her and thrilled to have found her

Dr. Bailey is a neurologist who specializes in MS. That being said, a neurologist is not a neurologist. You are not going to see Dr. Bailey if you are having seizures or headaches. Finding Dr. Bailey and the Mandell Center is a gift for MS patients. Dr. Bailey takes the time to make sure you understand what she is telling you, and is very reassuring that she always has a plan B in the event it's needed.

Mary Bailey, is a MS Neurologist Specialist, that also began to go to Mandell Center for Comprehensive MS Care & Research in Hartford just after I was diagnosed. She specifically treats me individually as opposed to like everybody else. She listens, pays attention, and talks me through things including explaining in detail, that which ails me. I have been walking off excruciating pain for nearly a decade that I assumed was due to a motor vehicle accident, and that I needed a hip. Just MS. ??

No compassion that the patient was in pain and suffering. Just schedule more tests. Offered no solution and basically said I should find another Neurologist as she wasn't going to waste her time............
