Lack of compassionate-care and no follow-up
I saw Dr. Codo regarding PCOS symptoms I have been experiencing for years that were causing me a lot of frustration. She ordered a lot of tests to be done and then offered zero recommendations or feedback based on my results. I had asked her a lot of questions during my visit which she said she would answer after reviewing my lab results, and she never did. If you're looking for a doctor who will provide compassionate care and will be proactive, do not see Dr. Codo. It could not me more clear that she doesn't care about her patients but rather the amount of money she'll make from insurance.

Ignored my calls and messages and refused to treat me even though my condition was already well established. All while I was out of medication and in the middle of a flare up. Negligent.

Great experience! The doctor was friendly and professional. She spent plenty of time with me and didn't seem rushed like so many doctors do...She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She chose a course of treatment and explained it to me and what my next step should be. Felt reassured when I left her office.

I think Dr. Mary Codo is exceptional. She patiently listens to me at each visit, never makes me feel rushed. Very pleasant and seems very caring about me and treatment advise. I'd highly recommend Dr. Codo. Plus the new staff since joining DuPage Group are all very pleasant and professional; a pleasure to deal with the new team by phone & in person.

My experience was exceptional. We got very lucky to get an appointment right away. It was easy to get to the office, the waiting time in the reception was under 5 minutes. The nurse introduced her self and waited under 5 minutes for Doctor Codo. She was very pleasant, professional and excellent at her job. She spent a lot of time getting a thistory and explained every thing at great detail what had to be done and why. I work in health care and was very impressed by the service we received

Dr. Deherrera Codo seriously misdiagnosed me several years ago and I would be on Thyroid medicine for life if I hadn't gotten a second opinion from a better doctor who thought outside the box a little bit.
