Poor bedside manner
Upon our initial visit, Dr. Pikus did not exhibit an excellent bedside manner. While she did not rush the visit, she was short with me and did not believe what I was saying or my previous diagnoses, even though they were in my chart from multiple providers. The summary of my visit is missing essential information and contains significant inaccuracies. I didn't feel listed to or that my concerns were properly addressed and now will have to find a new provider. I would not recommend her to others and won't be seeing her again.

I love Dr. Pikus because she really cares. She doesn’t rush me through my appointment. I always feel heard and cared for. Grateful for her.
