I have waited forever and the doctor never came to see me. First time I left after 2 and a half hours waiting and they rescheduled. Second time I waited 1 hours and I had to leave to pick up my child from school. Third time they told me my appointment was scheduled for 1 hour earlier (which I am sure it wasn’t) so I was unable to see her. So, she can keep me waiting for hours 2 times but I can’t mess up and get there later. Anyways, she wouldn’t see me on time, as always. I don’t understand why they denied me the last appointment.

Do not waste your time. After waiting an hour (mind you, I had an appointment), I was recommended to use a nurse practitioner instead because the doctor was far behind. This information should have been provided when I first arrived and before payment of services that I did not receive. The visit with the nurse practitioner was less than to be desired. I never want to go back there. Any facility that does not value their patients or their time, does not deserve patronage. The bait and switch did not sit well with me.

Some people have complained about long waits to see her. While this is true, it is because she takes as much time as she needs to properly treat each patient. My theory is that Broward Health Network, that runs the office where she works, packs her schedule so that she can see the maximum number of patients a day. Dr. Landrau-Febres has probably decided to extend the day so that she can give each patient proper care. This is why there are sometimes long waits. I've been seeing this Dr. for years and am very satisfied. I prefer having to wait for a thorough doctor's visit over having a doctor who, while timely, provides a hurried and cursory visit.

This doctor makes you wait 2-4 hours in a uncomfortable chair past your scheduled appointment. Not once or twice but Everytime you try to see her. Then her staff is very rude if you ask why. If you like to be mistreated and abused then this is your doctor.

Good experience overall! The wait time was extreme, but seems to be worth it. Dr. Landreau and her staff were incredibly efficient with record keeping, thoroughness, and understanding. I am able to use the paperwork regarding my care as a book of reference. Dr. Landreau's 'bed-side manner is comforting and caring.
