Had a severe fall in September 2024. Rushed to hospital by ambulance. Had a severe talus fracture and dislocated tibia. Referred to Dr Boyer. Got an appointment within 2 days surgery scheduled the next day. Now it’s January 2025 everything has shifted and screws came out. Have to have a more intense surgery next month, this is only because the damage was so extensive. Love Dr. Boyer and his staff !

My foot savior!!!!
I have lived in excruciating pain the last 2 years. My prior Dr was full of negligence after my first Achilles surgery. Saw Dr Boyer and he immediately knew what was wrong!! Had surgery September 2023 and I am ecstatic to say that currently, December 2023, I'm pain free! Dr Boyer is a MIRACLE WORKER! Cannot praise & thank him enough!

Dr Boyer took care of my broken ankle a couple yea
I didn’t have insurance then but have it now and he was so nice and even gave me a boot to wear and after my ankle healed I gave it back for someone else that may need one too. I want to make appointment for my husband because of falling and hurting his hip a few days ago and not getting any better but I can’t make an appointment and really prefer seeing him. I remember also Dr Boyer is from Charleston and I was born there. He’s the greatest doctor and really want him to see my husband instead of another orthopedic doctor and we have insurance now. I have never forgotten how nice he was and I know he could help my husband now with his hip.

Doesn’t listen to the patient doesn’t return calls I had my MRI on my ankle that was fractured on January 31,2022 and they never called me about my results I called and called I finally talked to a nurse and when I asked questions about my MRI she never could give me a straight answer every time I asked a question she contradicted her self so I asked if I could come in earlier then February 15, 2022 so I could talk to the doctor and she said oh Dr Boyer said I didn’t need to come in earlier even though I still had severe pain in my ankle they didn’t want to hear anything I said and almost all the staff had attitudes I will never go here again or recommend anyone else to go here

I went in May for an issue with my ankle and was told to follow up appt in 4 weeks. 4 weeks later I arrive for my 830am appt. by 9am I still wasn't called. I was told he was just getting ready to take his 1st patient, I was his 3rd. I had to go to work and had to reschedule for 4 weeks later. I arrive today to be told he is at another office and I can reschedule but not to arrive early because he is "never on time". That is absurd. If you cant be on time, don't schedule appts that early!

I started seeing Dr. Boyer in May of 2014, after a wreck causing a Lis franc fracture in my right for. He was recommended highly by the er doc I saw that day. This was on a Friday and I met with him on the very next Monday. He told me I would need surgery....never had any surgeries before so I was terrified. He eased my mind totally! Dr. Boyer is a very personable and knowledgeable doctor. He has an awesome bedside manner! I'm glad to recommend him! He is a wonderful Doctor w an amazing staff!!

Lousy doctor. AVOID. His practice sent me to the wrong office, as a result I missed a dialysis treatment, and upon complaining about the lack of competent service, I was "released" from the practice as a patient, and my re-scheduled appointment was canceled. This guy is a quack, and is unable to accept criticism. He didn't even have the backbone to call me himself to discuss this. I am currently seeking legal action against his practice.

3 years ago my then 12 year old son ran into someone and hurt his knee. He couldn't walk. I take him to Dr. Boyer who gave him a patella band and said kids when they are growing sometimes will knees Osgood Schallter diease and nothing he could do. He made me feel like son was exaggerating the pain. I tried to explain several times I can't walk but he didn't want to listen. I took him to Dr. Guy they put him in a full knee brace for 4 weeks & he was back playing. Dr. guy said it was a severe.

Dr. Boyer was the second physician I saw and Dr. Boyer diagnosed the problem on site. The first Dr. Had seen me 3 times and wasted 4 months of time on unnecessary physical therapy which actually made the situation worse.
