This was the pre-op appointment and Dr.Matthew cslmed our nerves on the pending knee surgery replacement.

I recently had total knee replacement surgery. Dr. Matthew saw me prior to surgery, after surgery and the next morning. He demonstrated caring about me and ensuring I understood the procedure and recovery process. Excellent!

He is an excellent surgeon and together we ultimately made the surgical decision that gave me back quality and the ability to lead a normal life.

I found Dr. Mathew to be a committed, caring, experienced surgeon with a good sense of humor. He will tell you he doesn’t have a photographic memory, but I am dubious. He appears to remember his patients and pertinent details about them. He spends adequate time with his patients and is diligent in making sure you understand the surgical procedure and post-surgical precautions. After a 2-week checkup for hip replacement surgery, I am able to walk without a cane (although it’s still recommended I use one for longer walks and if I am tired). Pain was mostly low to none during these 2 weeks. The orthopedic office is run well. Short wait times for appointments. The x-ray gals and nurses were pleasant and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience and I’m looking forward to walking normally again.
