Had him for yrs until he semi retired. Got this np and she treated me like I was crazy and laughed at me for a situation I did. Dr kaatz I called him my aka guardian angel. He saved my life on numerous occasions. Not for him, I would be dead

Extremely friendly staff, and the absolute best physician and diagnostician I have ever found. Very kind, compassionate, caring man. So thankful to have called him my doctor and friend.

Dr Kaatz listens to your problems and knows just what to do. You always get a Hug when you leave, very thoughtful.

I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Kaatz and was told that he is not seeing patients but a nurse will see me instead. Then they gave me a form that stated that I have to have some kind of interview/screening before they will accept me as a patient. So not only I was not going to be seen by a doctor, I wasn't guarantee any care if they decided they can't or won't help me. I have never heard of something so ridiculous and backward in my life. So I left and drove a few miles down the road and got myself an appointment with a DOCTOR not a nurse, and was accepted as a patient right away. The way it should. Your practice should be ashamed!

My first visit as a new patient this year was incredible. The entire staff treats you with respect and compassion. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. Christina Whitt is the most incredible medical professionals and really cares about you. Dr. Kaatz has a great team of professional individuals. They care, listen, refer, find an answer and really go the extra mile to help you. Ashley the nurse who assists Christina is equally as compassionate and an excellent listener. Heather is always on top of communications and follow up with your referrals or procedures they schedule for you. Then when you go to the lab those nurses are so very kind, compassionate and personable. The front office staff who check you in are equally compassionate and helpful. They do not mind answering any questions in person or by phone. The professionalism, compassion and respect for their patients shine through during your visit or any interactions. So blessed to have them looking out for me.

Dr. Kaatz has been my doctor for many years and has always been great.

Dr.Kaatz is very knowledgeable and very caring, he is a no nonsense doctor. Some people may not like that.

He has been my PC for years and all I can say is this man is the best ever. He has a heart of gold and the Knowledge and compassion to get to the bottom of it or lead you in the right direction. I can tell he loves his job and his job loves him. He spends time with his patient to understand the bottom problem to resolve it all. With his busy schedule and seeing so many people I know this is not a easy task,,,so this is why I love him and his wonderful staff all the time.

I have been going to Dr. Kaatz for many years and though it does not take a long time to get an appointment once you get there you could have a wait to get in to see him, but I feel it is worth the wait and if you are really sick go to the emergency room.

He is the most compassionate caring, intelligent Physician. He listens and looks for remedies. If he is not sure, he will recommend you to another competent MD He is wonderful.
