So Thankful
I am very pleased with all of the care I received at Hospitality ER. The staff is so kind and helpful. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was given the best care possible. They also made sure my husband was comfortable while he waited for me to receive care. Dr. Matt Vander Woude was easy to talk to . He also made sure thatI understood my condition and the care he was recommending before I left. I give this facility 10 out of 10 and wish I could give a 20.

THE TYLER LOCATION IS FABULOUS
I ACTUALLY SAW TIFFANY GRIFFIN, APRN WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! SHE WAS SO CARING AND ADDRESSED MY ISSUES PERFECTLY. THE ENTIRE STAFF FROM THE FRONT DESK STAFF TO THE XRAY STAFF TO THE PATIENT REP (THE GENTLEMAN THAT OFFERED BREAKFAST, WATER AND RETRIEVED MY CRACKERS) WERE ALL SO FRIENDLY. THIS IS WHY MY FAMILY AND I ALWAYS CHOOSE THIS SPECIFIC HOSPITALITY ER.

Dr. Vander Woude was extremely thorough when I visited Hospitality ER due to testing positive for COVID. He explained all the things and medications that I needed to relieve the symptoms of COVID. I was treated kindly in a timely manner. I truly appreciate Dr. Vander Woude and all the staff at Hospitality ER.
