Personable and knowledgeable
Dr Li had reviewed my xrays before my first visit. She explained what she saw and was delighted to share the chemical and physiological why's when asked. And, she has a caring demeanor, and she listens.

LIfe saver!
Dr. Li takes the time to listen to your issue. And she definitely has the expertise to recommend the best solution. My mom and I go to her, and every time we bring an issue, what Dr. Li recommends works and resolves the problem head on. She knows what she is doing for sure! She also has very helpful staff. I had someone help me for like 45 minutes filling out paperwork and taking care of prescriptions, and she even stayed after they closed. Her staff goes above and beyond trying to help patients.

Maureen Li denied filling my prescription refill request for 2 extra weeks to last me until my appointment with her when I was 2 weeks out from my next appointment and did not even contact me to explain why. I called the pharmacy when my prescription still hadn’t been refilled after a few days, who informed me that it was denied by her. I reached out to the RiverHills office as soon as the pharmacy told me it was denied, but it was Saturday by this time, and they told me Dr. Li is adamant about not taking prescription refill requests on weekends and that I would need to go to the emergency room. She shouldn’t have gone into healthcare if she doesn’t care about her patients on the weekends. My sister is a pharmacist and would never deny a patient in need of care, no matter the time of day. My advice is to find a provider who actually cares about you.

Dr Li is great..the problem is contacting her..You call and leave a message..They will contact you within 24 hours,,and nothing..I don't know if the problem has been addressed or not. So worrisome...

Dr. Li always spends as much time with me as needed to answer whatever questions I have. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable about migraine headaches and current treatment options.
