My visits with Dr. Ortiz are personable and productive. The doctor is not just in the room physically, but also mentally. All his focus and attention are on my status, needs, progress and goals concerning my condition. I get quality of care which includes active listening of my questions, concerns and feelings.

Dr Ortiz is always a wonderful doctor and explains things about my health in a way I can understand. He was also my deceased mother’s doctor and is currently my brother-in-laws doctor. We admire him as our doctor and will always recommend him.

Every time I go to visit Dr. Ortiz its a great visit. Not only is he a fantastic doctor, he seems to genuinely care about his patients. When he comes in to speak, I never feel like he is rushing me. I feel that he will sit and talk as long as I need him to. I feel comfortable talking to him not just about heart issues but about general health issues as well. He is one of those doctors that you don't want to disappoint so when he gives you something to do, you want to make sure that you do it so you don't let him down. I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about Dr. Ortiz. I am glad to be his patient.

Visit was rescheduled twice by letter. Visit was completed on the originally scheduled date. Call to office went unanswered.
